Click Yes for Snagit to override the hotkey assignment and allow Snagit to use this hotkey.This commonly occurs when the Print Screen key is assigned to OneDrive or Dropbox. In version 13.0.2 or later, Snagit can override the assigned hotkey if the hotkey is in use by another program. These messages may appear when this occurs: Choose None from the list for each Hotkey you want to disable.Some programs can assign the Print Screen key and prevent Snagit from using it as a hotkey. In Snagit capture, select Tools > Program Preferences > Hotkeys. Then, the second copy starts and discovers that all of the hotkeys have already been registered and an error occurs for each hotkey. The first copy of Snagit starts and registers the hotkeys. This occurs if you have two copies of Snagit starting in the Startup folder. When I start Snagit there are Hotkey conflicts with all of the Snagit Hotkeys. To change a hotkey from a profile, right-click the profile and choose Set Hotkey.
